GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF C.U. REGISTRATION FORM

  • Registration is to be done only by Students who are not admitted in any other college / institution other than Goenka College of Commerce & Business Administration for the session 2025-26. In case of admission in other college(s) / institution(s), students must cancel their admission in those college(s) / institution(s) before proceeding to C.U. Registration.
  • Login using your Student Id and Date of Birth. You can click here to check your Student Id from the portal by using your Name / Registration Form No.
  • Note your Registration Form Number in the draft registration form.
  • CHECK ALL ENTRIES in your C.U. Registration Form carefully and FILL IN THE BLANK FIELDS (if any).
  • Make corrections to your Personal Data if required.
  • In the next step you will have to upload your scanned copy of photo, signature and all the required documents in JPG format.
  • Students admitted through Stand Alone Mode (CLP): In the next step you will have the option to change the documents submitted during admission if required. You may also be required to upload additional documents (if any). CHANGE THE DOCUMENT ONLY IF NECESSARY.   Document Guide
  • Students admitted through Centralized Portal Mode (CAP): In the next step you will have to MANDATORILY UPLOAD YOUR SCANNED COPY OF PHOTO, SIGNATURE AND ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS IN JPG FORMAT.   Document Guide
  • NET DOWNLOADED / DIGILOCKER DOCUMENTS documents must NOT be uploaded at any stage. If already done so during the admission stage please change the same.
  • All the uploaded documents / testimonials must be scanned copy of the ORIGINAL.
  • Once you are satisfied, press the update button at the bottom of the form to make your final submission. No revision is possible after the final submission.
  • Note the Major, Minor, IDC, AEC, MDC, etc. alloted according to your preference, merit and availability. This section is irreversible.
  • If some correction is required in a Non-Editable field report to the College Office immediately.
  • Download and take printout (continuation sheet to be printed on the back side of the same sheet) of the C.U. Registration Form.
  • Submit the C.U. Registration Form at the College Office. Another set to be returned by the office after fixing stamp on it. It is an important document and to be kept for future reference
  • Those already registered under CU are required to contact College Office positively for the procedure of renewal of Registration from CU.
  • Students must check and correct (if required) their contact number in the form and remain available through phone. College Office may contact for any required document / information for registration and College will not be responsible for non granting of registration by the University due to non submission of documents / wrong / incomplete information provided by the student or any other reason.
  • It is the responsibility of the student to complete the process by that time.
